Juvo Care is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because Juvo Care handles health-related care coordination data, we comply with HIPAA requirements for the protection of personal health information (PHI).
We collect account information (name, email, phone), care coordination details you choose to share, and technical data needed to operate the service (device, IP address, timestamps for audit logging).
We use your information to provide care coordination, authenticate your account, send service notifications, and meet our legal and compliance obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AWS KMS). Access is controlled by role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication. PHI access is logged for audit purposes.
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion subject to legal retention requirements. Email support@juvocare.com to exercise these rights.
